Your data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your enquiry and conduct your private consultation
• Plan, organise, and deliver the experiences and services you have requested
• Maintain a personal profile that allows us to serve you better over time (for retainer clients)
• Fulfil our legal obligations

Your data is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose beyond delivering your service.

We understand that the nature of this service demands the highest standard of confidentiality. All personal information, preferences, and communications are treated with complete discretion. We do not discuss client identities, preferences, or relationships with any third party, under any circumstances, except where legally required to do so.

Client data is stored securely and is accessible only to the service provider.

We retain your data for as long as you are an active client, plus a period of 3 years thereafter for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below). Where a legal retention obligation exists, we will inform you of the applicable period.
