We reserve the right to terminate any engagement immediately and without liability if there is reason to believe a client has misrepresented their age.
Rapture Pleasure Concierge provides personalised lifestyle concierge services including experience curation, travel planning, event access, and lifestyle consultation. All services are:
Rapture Pleasure Concierge does not facilitate, promote, or arrange any activity that is illegal under Austrian law or the applicable local law of any destination. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
An initial consultation does not constitute a contractual commitment on either side. A binding engagement begins only upon written confirmation by Rapture Pleasure Concierge and receipt of any agreed retainer or deposit payment.
All service details, scope, and pricing are agreed individually between the client and the service provider prior to engagement.
Pricing is agreed individually for each client and engagement. All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable Austrian taxes unless otherwise stated.
The full agreed fee (100%) is due upon booking confirmation. Rapture Pleasure Concierge's service consists of the curation, recommendation, and arrangement of experiences – this work is completed at the point of booking. Whether or not the client ultimately attends does not affect the fee.
Because our service is rendered at the point of recommendation and booking, the following cancellation policy applies to the total agreed fee:
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that Rapture Pleasure Concierge has performed its core service and accepts this cancellation policy in full.
All information shared by the client with Rapture Pleasure Concierge is treated with complete confidentiality. We do not discuss client identities, preferences, or engagements with any third party.
In return, clients agree to treat all information received from Rapture Pleasure Concierge – including details of venues, companions, third-party contacts, or pricing – as strictly confidential and not to share it publicly or with third parties.
Rapture Pleasure Concierge acts as a concierge and intermediary service. We curate and arrange experiences on behalf of clients but are not the direct provider of third-party services (travel, accommodation, events, companions). We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of third-party providers, except where directly attributable to our own negligence in selection or instruction.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully at all times in connection with services arranged by Rapture Pleasure Concierge. Any conduct that is abusive, illegal, or in breach of the agreed terms of any experience may result in immediate termination of the engagement without refund.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
For consumers within the EU: you may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, but we are willing to do so.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
